By using "Advise & Consent" basis, when your data consumption nears the data allowance limit, an SMS will be sent to advise you of this. You may reply with the SMS to purchase a top-up and this top-up is effective immediately. This allows you to have full control of your data usage and, preventing any "bill shock" and any unintended stoppage due to exhaustion of a data allowance

Remarks

^	No cash prepayment is needed for customers using designated credit card of HSBC, Hang Seng, SCB, Manhattan, Citibank, BOC, Dah Sing, DBS, BEA, Fubon bank, MEVAS, Bank of Communications, Wing Hang Bank, Shanghai Commercial Bank, AEON, China Construction Bank and Wing Lung Bank to make payment. The credit card limit will be deducted. Monthly service fee should be settled by credit card autopay.
#	At anytime a customer has limited data consumption left remaining on a plan, a SMS will be sent to advise of this. The customer may reply with the SMS to purchase a top-up of 200MB at $40 to be used for the remaining period of the bill month. If no top-up is authorized, data consumption will be suspended when all data allowance is consumed. Customer may purchase top-up at anytime to resume service, or wait for the beginning of the next billing month to commence service again with the new month's data allowance.
	All Price Plans require 24-month contract, and other services, costing not less than $36/month. Subscription handset prepayment of $4,780 (16GB) / $5,680 (32GB) / $6,480 (64GB) is required. Refundable prepayment amount varies depending upon the monthly plan chosen, and will be credited to customers over the contract period.
	For customers who subscribe to the iPhone 4S offer but do not settle their monthly payment by credit card autopay, a refundable prepayment of $3,000 is required, which will be credited to the customer over the contract period.
	For customers who subscribe to the iPhone 4S offer but settle their monthly payment by credit card autopay using a 3^rd party credit card, a refundable prepayment of $1,200 is required, which will be credited to the customer over the contract period.

	WI-FI service fee is waived during contract period only. Charges applied to Call Guard, Visual Voicemail, X-Power, Phone-to-phone data transfer service and some infotainment channels.
	The above offer and 24-month interest-free instalment plan are required to use designated credit card for settlement. Monthly service fees should be settled by credit card autopay. The price plan includes voicemail, call forwarding, caller number display, call waiting and conference call.
	Data usage included in these plans only cover local mobile phone usage, including tethering. Standard roaming data charge applies when roaming.
